Farseer is a Croatian company based in Zagreb. We are the team behind Farseer – an innovative no-code platform for financial modeling, planning, and analytics. We’re listed in the 3rd Gen FP&A Software Guide as one of the top 15 FP&A solutions in the world (look it up). We aim to make Farseer the first choice for financial planning and reporting – fromĀ shops to Fortune 500 companies. š„

So far we have won several startup competitions, got an investment to further develop the product, and landed some seriously big companies in the SEE region as our clients.

More importantly, we are helping our growing base of international clients to escape Excel hell and focus on growing their business. Our company is officially based in the US, but the team is working mostly locally from Zagreb. š
What will you do?
- Gain deep understanding of Farseer personas and ICP
- Gain basic understanding of the FP&A domain, competitor landscape and pain points we address
- Market research (finding ICP companies andĀ personasĀ in new markets)
- Contact and qualify potential customers (email, Linkedin, phone, physical mail)
- Writing copy for outreach (using templates, info about personas, etc.)
- Scheduling meetings and follow up on leads
- Discovery meetings (initially only attending, later conducting them independently)
- Use Hubspot to manage leads and sales activities
- Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Necessary skills
- 6 months experience in SDR roles is mandatory, SaaS experience is a bonusĀ
- Fluent in English and Croatian (German is a bonus but not mandatory)
- Experience with Excel and CRM tools
- You are not afraid to pick up the phone and call strangers š

Compensation
- Fixed + variableĀ
